July 2, 3 & 4; July 22, 23 & 24 – TWO 3-day Hands-On Hybrid Greenhouse Workshops with veteran builder Robert Merrill

Imagine constructing an energy-efficient building using low-cost, earth-friendly, indigenous materials. Learn how to heat and cool your home using the sun, recycle water to grow your garden and provide for your energy needs using renewable resources. Bob is an experienced designer, builder, teacher (Lost Valley Educational Center, Bend OR), and author of the book “Hybrid Construction”. He is an expert at combining appropriate technologies with indigenous and reclaimed materials to empower people to create their own affordable homes and structures. *Each session is limited to 24 people. You will participate in discussions, watch videos, and learn with a team of like-minded people. Tent-camping, RV’s and limited bunk-dorm arrangements available. Sign up early to save your spot.
