There is an economy working group. Its details are on the working group page (see top menu). These are great ideas and are quite significantly sized projects. A note about all these SPAM entries--it's what we get all the time on my forums at yurtinfo.org. We've had to resort to previewing and okaying every entry that comes through. It means that people don't see their comments posted right away, but it's worth it to keep the spam out of the posts.
